WEEK 4: Dave Gibson talks about sleep

Sleep plays a huge part in how we feel and function and is a building block of elite athletic performance and there are not many others that know as much about it as expert Dave Gibson.  
In his 20+ years in health-care Dave has provided advice, support and intervention across a wide range of conditions to promote good sleep patterns and quality sleep. He has worked with the national press and BBC National and local radio, along with major commercial stations. He has also worked on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing as their Osteopath.
Dave is a registered hypnotherapist, naturopath and osteopath and runs a successful practice specialising in sleep advice and support in London. He launched thesleepsite.co.uk in 2014 to provided online help and sleep tips to those suffering poor sleep

He runs bespoke workshops and webinars on a host of wellness areas including Sleep and Stress Management. With his additional background in nutrition (Dave has a BSc in Food Science and Food Economics) Dave’s knowledge in the building blocks of health and wellbeing is second to none.
